We understand that choosing your new sauna then assembling and installing it might feel like a bit of a daunting task! That’s why we provide end to end turn-key ordering and installation from site prep through assembly for both wood-fire and electric outdoor saunas purchased through Steam Rock Saunas to anyone located in Wisconsin and Minnesota; and we are happy to consult if you desire to do the site prep and/or assembly on your own.

We're Happy to Help You Order & Install Your New Sauna
We start by guiding you through the ordering process which includes choosing the outdoor sauna that best fits your lifestyle as well as the heater type for the sauna of your choosing. We ask that you share your backyard vision with us (“before” pictures and aspiration pictures help!) then let us help you bring your vision to life. If exploring temporary or permanent contrast therapy, like an outdoor shower, please share that too!
Site Preparation
We provide you the details of what is needed to prep the installation area. This will include creating a level, dry foundation to place the sauna and may be achieved via a concrete pad, decking, paver stones, crushed stones, or even a flat dry area set directly upon the naked ground. If purchasing an electric heater, we will guide you on the electrical needs that your electrician will need to install prior to our arrival.
Our team manages the delivery logistics of your new sauna depending on if it is drop shipped to your home or if we take delivery on your behalf then deliver the sauna to your home on the day of installation. If Steam Rock Saunas is installing your sauna, our team will unpack the materials at the build site.
Installation
The installation team brings all of the tools and hardware necessary to build your outdoor sauna. Upon completion, we will clean the build area of any debris leaving your home looking clean and tidy. We look forward to making the purchase and installation of your new sauna a peaceful experience!
Installation service and site prep fees vary depending on the outdoor sauna kit ordered, choice of heating element and geographic location. We provide services to clients located in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Travel fees apply if located outside the Chippewa Valley area.
All permitting, licensing, electrical rough-in and final electrical hook-ups are the responsibility of the client.
